Its research and drug discovery platform leverages human genetic datasets, advanced tools in bioinformatics and imaging, and insights in neurodegeneration. Its clinical development portfolio includes latozinemab (AL001) and AL101/GSK4527226, while its preclinical and research pipeline candidates include ADP037-ABC, ADP050-ABC, ADP056, and ADP063-ABC/ADP064-ABC. Its first product candidate, latozinemab, is a human recombinant monoclonal antibody that increases the levels of progranulin (PGRN) in the brains of FTD-GRN patients. The AL101/GSK4527226, is a human recombinant monoclonal antibody designed to elevate PGRN levels in the brain.
