About TON
Triton continued to progress settlement arrangements with NQM Gold 2 Pty Ltd in relation to the divestment of 70% of its Mozambique Graphite Assets. In December 2025, the parties executed a Shareholders Cooperation Deed, which sets out the governance framework and operational arrangements for the joint venture. The Company is continuing to work toward satisfaction of the remaining Conditions Precedent, with completion anticipated to occur in early 2026, subject to satisfaction of those conditions.
