Using proprietary technology within the fish's geographical habitat MCA can produce a creamy white flesh that is utilized by chefs. Its principal activities are breeding, growing and marketing of Aquna Sustainable Murray cod, a freshwater table fish; and breeding and selling Murray cod, Golden perch and Silver perch as fingerlings for re-stocking.
