‘WEMONEY’ PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Overview
The ‘WeMoney’ free stock promotion is run by Stakeshop Pty Ltd (Australia). The program provides new customers to Stake with $40 USD into their Stake wallet after they fund their Stake account using payment methods provided by Stake, within Stake’s platform and fulfil the competition eligibility criteria.
Participation in the ‘WeMoney’ promotion does not conflict with or negate a user's eligibility to participate in Stake Rewards. To participate, Stake users must agree to these terms, which are in addition to the Stake Terms & Conditions.
The ‘WeMoney’ promotion period is defined as 8:00 am AEST on 3 June through 11:59 pm AEDT on 30 June 2022.
Eligibility Criteria
In order to qualify for this promotion you must meet all of the following:
- Does not have an existing funded individual or non-individual (Company, SMSF) Stake account before 3 June 2022;
- Use promotional code ‘WeMoney' when creating their new Stake account as at or after 3 June 2022; and
- Funds their new Stake account with a valid payment method within the ‘We Money’ promotion period.
If eligible, US$40 will be allocated to your Stake USD wallet depending on time of funding your account. For funding timings, please see below:
- All fundings made between 3 June - 15 June will be allocated by 17 June 2022; and
- All fundings made between 16 June - 30 June will be allocated by 4 July 2022.
- All fundings made between 1 July - 13 July will be allocated by 15 July 2022.
The valid funding payment methods are:
- POLi
- Direct Bank Transfer (using the details provided on the Stake platform).

Restrictions
Customers are not eligible to set up multiple accounts to claim more than one US$40 prize.
This program is also not available to:
- non-individual accounts (SMSF, ISAs, Company and Minor accounts); and
- customers who already have an existing funded account with Stake (unless made via direct USD transfer) before the promotion period begins.
Severability
If any provision in these terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void, or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Termination and Changes
Stake may suspend or terminate the promotion or a user’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to suspend accounts and remove the prize if we notice any activity we believe is abusive, contrary to Stake’s brand values, fraudulent, or in violation of the Stake Terms & Conditions.
Legal & Updates to the terms
These ‘WeMoney’ Promotion Terms & Conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the New South Wales Courts.
We can update these ‘WeMoney’ Promotion Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Stake website & app which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the promotion after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
