Retro CEO Series Merch Drop Terms & Conditions
Overview
The ‘Retro CEO Series' promotion is run by Stakeshop Pty Ltd (Australia) ('Stake'). The program provides ten (10) individuals with the chance to win one free Retro CEO Series shirt each.
To participate, individuals must agree to these Retro CEO Series terms and conditions.
The “Retro CEO Series” promotion period is defined as 7 days from the date the Retro CEO series competition post is posted on Instagram by @hellostake.
Eligibility Criteria
In order to qualify for this promotion you must do all of the following:
- Follow @hellostake on Instagram;
- Comment on the Retro CEO Series post by tagging a friend; and
- Share the #StakeMates post to your story.
If eligible, you will be entered into the draw for the chance to win a Retro CEO shirt, provided by Stake.
Winner Selection
Within twenty four (24) hours of the end date of the promotion, the Stake Marketing Team will select 10 winners by random draw. The winners will be contacted via Instagram comment and direct message by @hellostake.
Stake will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winners. If a winner is not able to be reached within 3 days of Stake’s initial message to the winner, the Stake Marketing Team will select another winner and reach out to them.
Prize
The ten winners will each receive one Retro CEO series shirt.
Restrictions
Entrants are not eligible to set up multiple accounts to claim more than one entry into the draw. For the avoidance of doubt, only 1 entry per person under this promotion is allowed.
No Affiliation with Instagram
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By participating in this promotion you agree to release Instagram from all claims.
Severability
If any provision in these terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void, or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Termination and Changes
Stake may suspend or terminate the Promotion or a user’s ability to participate in the #StakeMates promotion at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts if we notice any activity we believe is abusive, contrary to Stake’s brand values, fraudulent, or in violation of the Stake Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify rewards in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
Legal & Updates to the terms
These ‘Retro CEO Series’ promotion Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
We can update these ‘Retro CEO Series’ promotion T&Cs at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Stake website & app which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Promotion after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
