How do I reset my password?

If you forget your Stake password, resetting it is easy. Follow the steps below to get back into your Stake account: 

  • Go to hellostake.com or your Stake App on your mobile device
  • Select 'Forgot password?' on the app or 'Forgot my password' on the web
  • Enter your email address (ensure you’ve selected the right region)
  • The password reset code will be sent according to the type of 2FA you have set. For example, SMS, an authenticator app or email.
  • Go back to Stake and paste the code in the 'Reset code' box
  • Enter a new password in the 'New password' box and confirm this


If you don’t see the code:

  • Wait a few minutes – delivery can be delayed

  • Make sure you’ve checked your email inbox, text messages or any authenticator app.

  • Check your junk or spam folders
