To change your mobile number:
Open the Stake app or website
Go to Settings > Account > Profile > Mobile number
Enter your new number and submit
We’ll send a code to your registered email address to verify the change – enter the code to confirm.
Your number can be used for two-factor authentication (2FA) and key security alerts, so it’s important to keep it up to date.
Going overseas? You may want to consider using an Authenticator instead like Google Authenticator or Authy, instead of SMS two-factor authentication. To change your 2FA method:
On the app: Account > Settings > Security > Two-factor authentication
On the web: From the drop down in the top right click Overview > Settings > Security > Two-factor authentication.
