Its objective is to provide risk-adjusted returns to its stockholders, primarily through regular distributions. The Companyís loans finance the acquisition, construction, development or redevelopment of commercial real estate in the United States. The Company focuses on the origination of middle market loans in the approximately $10 million to $50 million range, to finance properties in primary and secondary markets. The portfolio includes diverse property types such as multifamily housing, condominiums, hotels, student housing, commercial offices, medical offices and mixed-use properties.
