About RQI
Cohen & Steers Quality Income Realty Fund, Inc. (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s primary investment objective is high current income through investment in real estate securities. The Fund’s secondary investment objective is capital appreciation. It invests in freestanding, banking, specialty, office, industrial, self storage, data centers, telecommunications, and health care sectors. Cohen & Steers RQI Trust (the REIT Subsidiary), is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Fund. The REIT Subsidiary acts as an investment vehicle for the Fund in order to effect certain investments on behalf of the Fund, consistent with the Fund’s investment objectives and policies. The REIT Subsidiary may use wholly-owned, limited liability companies to contain the exposure of individual private real estate investments. The Fund's investment manager is Cohen & Steers Capital Management, Inc.
