These services are offered on either a standalone basis or in a bundled package based on individual customer needs. Its services include data and Internet services, voice services, video services, access services, advanced hardware and network solutions, and bundles. It offers voice services, including data-based Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and unified communications as a service (UCaaS), long-distance and voice messaging services, to consumer and business customers in all its markets. It provides video services under the Frontier TV brand in some of its markets, including portions of California, Indiana, Texas, Florida, and Connecticut. Its switched access services allow other carriers to use its facilities to originate and terminate their local and long-distance voice traffic.
