The Company's businesses are attributed to two tracking stock groups: the Formula One Group and the Liberty Live Group. The businesses and assets attributed to the Formula One Group include its subsidiaries Formula 1 and Quint, and other minority investments. The businesses and assets attributed to the Liberty Live Group include its interest in Live Nation Entertainment Inc. (Live Nation) and other minority investments. The Company's Formula 1 is a global motorsports business that holds exclusive commercial rights with respect to the World Championship, an annual, approximately nine-month long, motor race-based competition. The Company's Quint business is a provider of official ticket and hospitality packages to various sports and entertainment events. Live Nation is a live entertainment company comprised of Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, and Live Nation Media & Sponsorship.
