About IBIT
iShares Bitcoin Trust is an exchange-traded fund domiciled in the USA. The Fund seeks to reflect generally the performance of the price of bitcoin. The fee (25 bps) is waived down to 12 bps on the first $5bn for 12 months after listing. Above $5bn in AUM, this becomes a weighted average of 12 and 25 bps, dependent on AUM.
