• In the UK, we are authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FRN: 830771) as Hellostake Limited. 
• In New Zealand, Stake is a Registered Financial Services Provider under the Financial Services Providers Act 2008 (No. FSP774414). 

Our Partners

DriveWealth provides U.S. brokerage and execution services to Stake and its customers. It’s connected to the relevant exchanges to ensure that orders are executed in accordance with your instructions as the investor. DriveWealth, LLC is a U.S. broker-dealer registered with FINRA (U.S. regulator), subject to the stringent regulations of the SEC (The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission) and a member of SIPC – which protects Stake customers who have U.S. securities for up to US$500,000 (including US$250,000 for claims for cash). Airwallex is Stake's FX transfer partner, providing our customers around the world with a more competitive and seamless foreign exchange service within the Stake product. Airwallex sits behind each FX transaction, ensuring that funds are transferred in a timely and affordable manner to your U.S. investing account. Airwallex is regulated globally:  

• In the U.S. as a licensed money transmitter (NMLS #1928093).
• In Australia, by ASIC (AFS Licence number 487221). 
• In NZ, as a financial service provider on the Financial Service Providers Register (#1001602).
• In the UK, by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN: 900876).
